Listening to the audio to prep for next month's read-along and blog party!

I'm enjoying listening to this, but I wish we could get more of Georgie's story!

The autumnal audiobooks I've tried recently have been fairly disappointing, so I decided to skip ahead to Christmastide with an author I first read last winter. It's a very different tone from what I've been reading, and I'm hoping it will be a bit of a palate cleanser.

The plot thickens...wish I had more time to read so that I could get through this more quickly!

The start was good, but I'm getting tired of the references to alcohol, smattering of inappropriate language, and looking for meaning in the wrong places. Hoping things shape up a bit better soon.

Going back on the waiting list. Sigh. That check-out period felt all too quick.

When you learn that no dog will stay in a village, that's probably a sign you shouldn't either...

My reserve ran out on the eaudiobook I've been using, so I will have to return to this another day.
