To all my GR friends. I’ve been MIA as I dealt with a devastating diagnosis and prognosis with my beloved little therapy dog, Tessa. I haven’t had the heart to log on and catch up with everyone.

I apologize for all the reviews I’ve missed but I simply can’t go back and catch up at this point so I will move forward from today and look forward to chatting books again. Thanks for understanding!

I've been away for almost two weeks for the wedding of our daughter. I'm a bit overwhelmed with trying to catch up with what everyone has been reading and I apologize for missing so much. But I'm starting over today and look forward to chatting about books again!

I’m only on page 50 but loving the writing. Hard to believe the author is so young - wow!

Loving this one! I'm a big fan of Agatha Christie and this is a nod to those type of 'whodunnits'. A fun sister read as we discuss the clues and who we think the culprit is!

I'm at 50% and calling it quits. This just isn't the book for me!

3/8 I listened a lot yesterday and at 90% it is dragging - I'm ready for it to be done. This book is good but it definitely needed a brutal editor.

22 hours of listening time but the hours fly by. I'm at Part 11 of 17 listening via Overdrive. The narrator is wonderful. Some parts drag a bit but the humor is laugh out loud funny.

So far this is about the fairly mundane events that make up most people's days. It may be interesting to the person living it, but doesn't make for riveting reading. I'm finding excuses to not pick it up....
