So, the book is amazing. If you want a physical copy, buy from Gollancz. The Tor edition is printed on tissue paper. Gollancz is better made and ironically cheaper.

I had so much hope that Lydia would be gone by this book. If she's still in the series by the end of the book I'll probably try a different series by Helen Durrant. I can't take her blatant disregard for Calladine's well-being and career. I also can't take him being such a horn dog about her. She's always whining about how he doesn't care about her career. Like, *****, it's a shame he saved your life.

So far I wish I could murder Shay as she is a horrible example of a female. She is so self absorbed about WHY DOESN'T Mr. Brownstone WANT TO FUCK ME? Anyone else at all who looks at her needs to die. Maybe I can start skipping her chapters and get a good book?
