So icky that I had to abandon it after listening for a couple hours

Very skillful way of weaving together a family history.

Good story but too many extraneous medical details.

Needed some editing- repetitive and slow in the middle.

The author’s level of self-absorption was too irritating for me to listen to more than the first 2 hours of the book. A professional voice actor would have been preferable to the author’s monotone.

Well written and researched but only covered one side of the conflict.

Some good nuggets but quite repetitive so only got through half of it.

Interesting ideas in the book but it stopped abruptly with no real ending.
