Soweit einige spannende Tips, von denen ich erste sogar schon in die Praxis umsetzen konnte.
Bei dem Punkt: Try to understand, before you seek to be understood von dem großartigem Buch 7 Gabis of highly effective people fehlte mir immer etwas höher dem Bogen zur Verbesserung meines Handelns zu bekommen. Das Buch hat hier schon mal einen guten Anstoß gegeben, den ich so lange gesucht habe.

Did the self-assessment https://www.pib.net/assessment.php right before the start reading the book. Really enjoy on how the diamond model always offer my new insight on the model and in myself.
Looking deeper into the for Dimension helped me to clarify some of my misunderstanding and inspired me on quite some & thoughts & actions.
Looking forward on what I will learn in the rest of the book.
