Bei dem Punkt: Try to understand, before you seek to be understood von dem großartigem Buch 7 Gabis of highly effective people fehlte mir immer etwas höher dem Bogen zur Verbesserung meines Handelns zu bekommen. Das Buch hat hier schon mal einen guten Anstoß gegeben, den ich so lange gesucht habe.

I love her book and the structure on how to use here approaches to lead is insightful.

The contrasting of extremes and finding the gray areas between he different presented domains is just great. Far better than I expected before I started the book.

It's 6 years ago had a deeper look into NVC. Looking forward to refresh and deepen my understanding of NVC. Just remember on how much I enjoyed to listen to the authentic passionate talking of Rosenberg.

Was just randomly selecting the book as my next book. Interesting perspective on timing. The first part is decomposing our energy level during the day. Just started the proposed reflecting excetcises and made the think.
