love love love this book

i'm already in love with this book. it has one of my favorite opening lines and i was hooked instantly. and black protags! so glad i stumbled across this because i can tell it will be a favorite only a few chapters in.

abandoned. the only scary thing so far is how boring these old white dudes are.

i'm barely 100 pages into this book and i already love everything about it. perfect blend of humor and intimacy, which is one of my favorite writing styles. i want to read it slower just to make it the experience last longer.

currently abandoned. lost book as well as interest in finishing it. might resume in the future.
