Imagine Lady Catherine de Bourgh was the social center of London, took Lizzy Bennet on as an apprentice, and tried to set her up with Mr. Darcy. That's what this book feels like, and I love it.

I'm not sure who I feel the most sorry for. The male lead who has been a genuinely horrible person, but recognizes that, is trying to change, and is so excited to have finally found love again, or the female lead who genuinely thinks he's still psychotic, hates his guts, and is worried he'll try to kill her.

So excited to receive an ARC for this and get to read it after following the author's YouTube since first discovering her Fantasy Heroine videos.
