...and only now that I've spent a truly stupid amount of time going through a ton of my photos looking for book-related pictures to post here do I learn that you can only upload a maximum of 20. I have like...75. no wonder nobody uses this theoretically cool feature anymore.

...oh yeah, probably I didn't know you could upload photos here because, even though it's in theory a cool feature, in practice it's kind of useless because they don't get posted to your timeline so none of your friends/followers know you've posted them, and nobody really pays attention to what I do on GoodReads to begin with so it would be extremely silly to put in extra effort. unfortunately, I am already fixated.

A major problem with the ebook version available on Hoopla: the text includes what I assume are footnote references (they’re not formatted that way) but then…doesn’t include any footnotes or chapter endnotes.
