Interesting, how it's quite similar to the last audiobook that I listened to (although that was only by chance since it was available on libby). I enjoy it so far but it's giving mystery-vibes. which is good, considering it's a mystery book haha

Wow, so far it's really good. Very mysterious.

Brilliant so far. Notes for self: Interesting point on "disease is a social construct" and how disease(s) are perceived (and stigmatised) in societies. Also: Othering the sick and the search for reasons behind sickness in order to also find a reason why oneself would never be affected.

Ok, it's getting spooky.

Still not a fan of the sexy side of things here, but the story is definitely better than books 1. I guess I might pause this though since Grady Hendrix's Wayward Girls are taking up my time (in a good way <3 )

Man, I sure am glad I gave this genre a try. I love love love this book, and I don't think it's very scary or particularly "horror", it rather highlights the horror of (female) life in a society that sets harsh rules against women.

Read the first 2 Chapters and it's giving intense Stars Hollow / Gilmore Girls vibes. I'm here for it, I guess this will be my cozy long weekend read <3
