I am ...so confused as to who this book is for? The tone and the extremely basic level of content seems like it might be an introductory type text for teens....but then she talks about corporate retreats? Very superficial in some ways (she loves personality tests! 🙄) and the tone feels very much "trying hard to be cool" but so far the actual advice has been reasonable to interesting. Very all over the place.

Oooh boy. Might DNF this one. I used to read her blog years ago and I read her first book (again, years ago) and remember liking it. But so far this is mildly amusing stories drawn out for word count and a LOT of fat shaming/food guilt/etc that's just...really boring. The fact that I haven't already abandoned ship is entirely due to my prior familiarity with her.

This is either going to turn out to have been an EXTREMELY slow burn with an astonishing reveal or a total nothing burger. I'm assuming it has to be the former....right??
