Page 91 of 198 Chapter 15: Tyler - This story is not as spicy as the previous stories. I'm not mad about it, yet. So far the characters are deep and I'm glad they touched on trauma bonding.

5:08:34 Chapter 58 - The plot is intriguing but the story is dragging and far-fetched. I think I've figured it out. Unfortunately, it's time for the family movie, so I'll have to wait till tomorrow to see if I'm right.

Page 125 of 305 JODY Asher Townhome - I was planning on this being my last book of January but I felt like it can wait till tomorrow.

7h 33m left Chapter 9 - I decided to watch a show instead of starting another book because I know this story is going to require my full attention. It is starting to heat up but I feel like the last 2 books were better. This plot is so good but not good enough for me to stay up tonight. This series has a history of slow starts.

8h 59m left Chapter 3 - We're off to an interesting but slow start I'm going to have to read something else for a minute.

CHAPTER THIRTEEN - This guy is a little annoying and the drama is soap opera worthy.

Page 47 of 364 CHAPTER THREE - This interesting, nice plot. I'm hoping there are some more food descriptions, maybe a menu. The salad sounded good.

Chapter Sixteen - I don't know if the story has improved or if the audio has made it better, but I'm enjoying it a lot more than I did previously, even though I had to leave my murder investigation to catch up today. I have found myself drawn to Jude and maybe she's the real difference. Audio added at Chapter Twelve.

Page 75 of 216 Chapter 9 - I am not sure where this story is going. I like the opening but shortly after she got to culinary school the pace decreased. I thought maybe it might be some kind of cozy mystery but so far that hasn't surfaced, I'm not sure exactly what this is but I'm guessing Women's Fiction which was my initial thought with the first chapter. It is humorous but it was a lot more funny when she was in

4:47:00 Part 3 - When a Bird Loves a Woman I'm going to have to switch it up as it's getting late and some of these stories are creepy.

Chapter 18 - I love Christmas stories but this one has too much dog in it for me and the way they aren't correcting him is ridiculous. Then we have Ava who doesn't treat her mom well. The lot is reminiscent of Choices: The Royal Romance, lots of fluff

1:20:33 Part 1 - Thumberella - So far these stories are pretty funny and not much darker than the original versions. I enjoy commentary and jokes. I'm gonna stop here because I was never a fan of Thumbelina, that movie gave me the creeps. Kidnapped by a bug, a toad, and a mole, I'm not ready.

Page 29 of 317 Chapter 2 - This is gonna take me a minute to get into I'm just not in the right handspace for this. This dog is my nerves and I don't even care for Christmas ornaments.

[Chapter] 26 - I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting but I was hoping for more than this. While, the story seems decent and the characters are great there is something stagnant about the flashback portion of the story. I was expecting more of The Bad Seed or something. This is a bit lackluster so far.

1h 59m left [Chapter] 39 Drew, Day 8 of the 2026 Olympics - My husband's presence is stopping me from reading, I just want to spend time with him. Hopefully, I can finish this story tonight. It's still just okay.

Page 30 of 323 [Chapter] 5 - This story has good pacing but the transition from present to past just happened. I think it was humorous, but it still felt a bit disjointed.

I am still struggling with this narrator even though she is good at transitioning an accent and giving every character a different voice the 4 Americans sound like little kids and do not talk like black people from Wisconsin it's just hard for me to get past this male character sounding like a 10-yea

8h 43m left [Chapter] 11 Ari, Opening Ceremonies - Well, well, well, the plot thickens. I was not expecting this wrinkle I thought it was going to go a different way [with their exes] but this is even better than what I thought.

4h 48m left [Chapter] 18 - This is really good. My son wants to finish without me because listening together outside of the car isn't comfortable [just sitting in an open space] so we'll see if that helps him finish.

10h 11m left [Chapter] 5 Ari, December 31, 2025 - I actually got about 2 minutes into this chapter and I had to just restart it and stop here it was going so well it just got corny I'm hoping it's just a moment. The narrator is amazing with accents.

Chapter Twelve - I am ready for tomorrow's discussions. I barely know what's going on I am reading the words but my brain is not computing. I knew not to get attention to anybody. I'm over this story but I'm going to continue with everybody else and drag those out to the end of the month.

5h 15m left [Chapter] 17 - I'm getting really tired of these climax cliffhangers. I was hoping to finish this book today but we ran out of places to travel to. I might be able to listen to it in the house this evening but my son has instructed me that I am not allowed to read this book without him. I will say it is better than the last book.

35% 2:24:52 Chapter 5: Frustration - I'm loving this.

Sick Trade - I was definitely not in the mood for this book yesterday and it cost me my Kindle streak. Today is not much better I don't want to abandon this story but it's just not hitting. This romantic storyline is just not believable to me.
