Rereading this because the trailer for the series hyped me up and I need more Shane and Ilya immediately.

This is just so good! It makes me giggle, it makes me smile and it makes me cry... in the best way possible.

I'm so excited for this book!!! Like 'kicking my feet and giggling' excited. I can't get enough of Ilya and Shane!

I forgot how much I loved Mercy Thompson's world... And Adam, oh Adam... I really appreciate him for the perfect alpha leading male character he is, especially after reading Linda Howard's Dream Man and it's trainwreck, ashole, entitled hero before this book This is how you write strong, alpha leading man. Pure perfection!

Giving this book another chance. I'm trying with an audio book this time.

Rereading this to see if it holds up to my high rating. It was one of the first historical romancas I read when I got into the genre. Fingers crossed it's as good as I remember it to be.

Johnny Cash's Version of song 'Hurt' is not the original. The Nine Inch Nails version is the original, Johnny just made a cover of it. Why can't authors make basic research when writing? Stuff like this annoys me to no end. A quick google search would be enough for this one.

Ughh this narrator is not working for me. The story is interesting but the narration is so subpar. Like Ms. Gati was bored while narrating. It's so lifeless...

It's so much fun listening to this book. Ray Porter, the narrator, did an amazing job.

Euro-trash accent?! WTF is that?! Does she mean eastern european accent? Meaning Slavic? But Dracula was from Romania and romanian is a Romance language. Does that mean Italian or Spanish accent is also Euro-trash accent? WTF is Euro-trash?!!

Ughhh, this book is dragging so much for me.. :( I know I'm in minority here but I'm not relly enjoying it. Probably because I just can't connect with Dani.. Maybe I'll try finish it with audiobook and see if a different format helps.

He just returned from UK where he graduated in "pre-law". Yeah, I don't think so. *eye roll* UK (or the rest of the world) is not the USA. American authors, please get that small fact into your thick heads!

OMG, the heroine in this one is so annoying and judgemental. If she doesn't change her attitude sometime soon I might have to give up on this.

I know I said I'm done with this series but this book was the only audiobook I had in my car when I started a 4 hour drive. i hope I won't regret it...

This book isn't pulling me in at all. I'll give it time till 30% and if it doesn't pick up I'm giving up. Too many great books out there to stick with the slow ones.

It's been a terrible/hectic summer (past few months actually) and I am now so behind on my reading challenge.. :( And I also really missed reading. I've missed it so much I wanna read everything at once now.. Does anybody have any recommendations on where to start? A book you read during the summer that you really loved? Pretty please. :)

I'm giving this author (and this series) another try. After the disaster of the first book this can't be worse right...

Ughhhh, excuse me, that's NOT Italian! Is it really that hard to use the right language??! This stupidity here just knocked off at least one star from my rating!

I'm just starting the first chapter and the heroine is already tripping over her own feet. This does not bode well for me liking the heroine (or the book).. *sigh* Let's see if this gets any less cliché soon..

I've recently noticed that some people on my friends list have their average rating over 4.30 with a 1000 books rated. And I'm just astounded..how? I mean, either they have an incredible hand in picking out just the books they absolutely love (and in that case, please pick the books for me as well because half the books I choose for myself are ok at best) or there's something fishy here..

I can't believe Rogan didn't even apologize to Nevada for leaving their bed to go comfort his ex. Such an asshole move to make. :(
