Bakari is on page 126 of 616 of Original Sins: The (Mis)education of Black and Native Children and the Construction of American Racism
The author describes well the systemic racism in European colonialism against Black and Native American populations under the guise of "civilizing" them. But I’m wanting her to examine the contradiction between colonizers' self-image and their actions. European powers claimed to bring civilization and enlightenment, but their culture involved violence, exploitation, and cultural erasure. They’re not civilized.

Bakari is on page 242 of 668 of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Volume IV
Though Xi does mention the word capitalism in his speeches, he does critique the role of capital in a socialist market economy. He says, "We must prevent unchecked growth of capital and combat monopoly, exorbitant profits, sky-high prices, destructive speculation, and unfair competition."

Bakari is on page 96 of 367 of The New China Playbook: Beyond Socialism and Capitalism
The author many claims about China’s SOEs (State Owned Enterprises), but she doesn’t provide examples of the ones that succeeded or failed and why. She just reports percentages of growth or failure.
Example: “Between 2001 and 2007 the gap between the productivity of state companies and private firms rapidly narrowed.”
Okay, provide examples.

I'm terribly annoyed by the others frequent references to military studies (read imperialist armies) as evidence for his thesis. Imperialism has caused so much violence and destruction throughout history, and using examples of military studies to back up a thesis does not reflect well on the author's values.

What type of author calls the U.S. imperialist bombing and destruction of Iraq, “Operation Iraqi Freedom.” Even if that’s a U.S. propaganda term, it should be used without critique. He uses a so-called study of sleep patterns to show how less elective the imperialist army were less effective at their terrorism when they were sleep deprived and fatigued.

Bakari is on page 34 of 390 of The Weather Makers: How Man Is Changing the Climate and What It Means for Life on Earth
Okay, so after first 11 chapters of page after page of "climate change" descriptions, the author writes this: "Up to this point in our narrative, not a single species is definitely known to have become extinct because of climate change."
Wow, no wonder some people don't think climate change is real.

Interesting how the author rightly focuses on Nazism and Communist Russia as forms tyranny, but doesn't mention not in a single sentence so far enslavement African people, racial segregation and discrimination, and colonialism—all oppressive systems and acts maintained by tyrannical governments, laws and cultural practices.

I’ve been meaning to read this book for quite some time. Werleman does a great job of arguing how the New Atheists like Harris, Dawkins, and Hitchens (when he was alive) essentially criticize Muslims and the Islamic as the "motherlode of bad ideas" while ignoring the US imperialist aggressions and wars on Muslim countries, particularly Afghanistan and Iraq.

Bakari is 99% done with The Art of Social Media: Power Tips for Power Users
This book provides some good tips, but I think the content is too personal. Many of the tips are about what the authors personally do for their success, but they don't show how their tips could work for others less well known. If you're fairly new blogging and social media, I suggest starting with books by pro blogger, Darren Rowse, instead. He provides a strategy for starting where you are.
