Im still kinda bored.

Maybe I just don’t like books in Spanish settings. But not understanding half the words is definitely not helping with that.

It would be great if all the Spanish words would actually be explained. I don’t want to use a dictionary while reading.

I don’t know what’s supposed to be slow burn about this, as it says on the cover.. they’ve met like three times, and have now declared their eternal love for each other??
This book would be a lot better, if we just left the romance out completely and instead, idk, focused on not dying??

The motivations of the characters still make zero sense. And the time travel has confused everything so much.

It’s getting better

Im really close to DNFing this. And I don’t usually DNF ever. But this is like 600 more pages and I doooont care!

I think I’ve figured out that I just don’t care about angels. Ever. In any series. I‘ll give this book another chance ( although it’s soo long..) but I might DNF the series after..

Im so confused. Why do I never understand Sanderson‘s endings??

Im still not sure what the story is gonna be. I am liking it a little more though

This is reading so slowly and it doesn’t help that I keep falling asleep after reading two pages.

I wish we wouldn’t switch between the POVs so much, it’s not really making it suspenseful, it’s just ripping me out of the story every time. And when we switch back I don’t really remember what happened.

I still don’t like the characters but I’m starting to understand them, which I also kinda hate it (in a good way) They all really show the worst in people and it’s a little too relatable (on an abstract level)

I wish I liked any of the characters.. what is it with me reading all these books where you just hate everyone?

There’s so much action, but I’m missing a moment to slow down and explore the world and what actually happened for Nomad to become Nomad. Because I know him as a very different person and I liked that person a lot better.

I didn’t really understand what was going on at all, so I did some spoilery googling to figure out who Nomad is. Just having his real name already have me a bunch of background knowledge, so I didn’t have to look up anything more and now I’m enjoying it a lot more.

I wish we wouldn’t switch POV‘s every couple sentences. It’s not creating suspense, I just keep forgetting what happened and it’s really difficult to switch in my head because the voices are just not distinct enough.

I really really wish Viola and Todd would stop screaming each other’s names every two paragraphs. It’s sooooo annoying. Also they’re general obsession with each other while literally everyone else is dying and they don’t care at all is incredibly stupid.

I hate all the characters so much. I actually came to like the dog. But I hast everyone else. Also I hate the swearing, but then also censoring it by saying: Of course, I used a different word. It’s so annoying.

So the premise is good, but I’m so sick of not getting information as the reader. Todd has it. Why can’t we know it. It’s not intriguing, it’s annoying.

It’s a really bad beginning. I don’t understand what’s going on. The language is terrible. I think the dog is supposed to be funny, but it’s not.

I don’t believe the author has actually ever used a bus in their life. They do not stop wherever you want. Ever. Not even when everyone else is asleep. They are also not free.

This is so much fun!
