A great book, which I can only recommend to everybody who gets into a management job, or who has a leadership role but wants to refresh and improve. It covers topics like selection of talent, understanding and managing the expectations of your boss, coaching, providing feedback, delegation, performance management, influencing. The language is concrete and to the point with some useful practical tools.
