A couple great chapters about our mindset around money!

Wow this book is packed with great information on how to stay grounded and learn to lead! I will need to reread it for sure.

T hi is last c g alter on n the levels of financial independence was very motivating to me. He outlines 15 levels. I related to level 7. I hope to get to level 15 in this lifetime.

I am excited to get into the chapters on January, as that is the month I’m reading this book.

I’m finally getting into this book and it is due back at the library in a few hours. I hope to pick it up again soon! Session 4 I am listening to is all about anxiety and fear.

This is a fabulous book so far. I mean to have been trained by a thief, how to be a thief is a great story. I love the dual timeline.

This book is getting to the climax… all 4 women headed out to the woods! Picture from the camera… I just can’t!

I like a few of the hacks mentioned. Getting sunlight and earthing/grounding ourselves everyday. Also standing in one foot while doing simple tasks and using our non dominate hand are all helpful in neuroplasticity, helping to stay off dementia.

Chapter 14 gave 5 tactics too squirting Satan‘s temptations. The fifth one was my favorite. He mentions Marianne Williamson‘s inspired words about fear. “It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. “We have so much light to bring, why are we allowing Satan to convince us not to share that light?

“Every one of us is a lit candle.” Pg 96
The chapter on light in December is spot on!

Chapter 12 outlines the human behavior chart: similar to CTFAR that I learned from the life coach school. A Buddhist philosophy that the events or circumstances are neutral u til we attach thought and interpretations to them. So good!

Chapter 11 was so insightful. Remembering that we are not our thoughts and that Satan is trying everything he can to believe the lies he feeds us. I like Deatons advice about how to detect those thoughts/lies and what to do about it.

I am enjoying this book so far. I love her view on wintering and slowing down and embracing the cold

Loving this book. It’s keeping my attention as I try to figure out what happened to these girls.

So many interesting facts that apply to life, not just money!

I am enjoying it but it is a bit slow for me at the midway points im pushing through.
