All she's done so far is explain how every single way I sit, stand, and lay is bad for my pelvic floor 😭

I am not sure I'm going to be able to finish this book. "Sesquipedalian tergiversation" is a random selection of consecutive words to give you a sense of the vocabulary in this book 😳

I've read barely more than 10 pages since my last update and the vocabulary I am encountering has me stopping to look up a word every other paragraph! Some of those words:

This is a dense book and it's going to take me a while to get through it!
