I started reading this book about 2 years ago. Such things can't be rushed. I'm now up to ninety-nine of one hundred.

Interesting interior monolog.

Chen Man-Ch'ing was Benjamin Lo's teacher. Benjamin Lo is Juanita Remien's teacher. Jaunita Remien is my teacher.

Some interesting dymanics.

Finished poems from "Songs of Innocence" and "Songs of Experience." Early stuff. Most are rather dull and predictable.

Written in a conversational tone, it's like talking with Michael.

Oh, the little things that steer the course of history. If Lenin had not died so early. If Trotsky had not trusted Stalin. If loyalities had not been so shattered and split.

This is making me more and more agitated with people who claim their religion has some sort of exclusivity clause.

Trotsky's political philosophy begins to morph into prophesy. Fascinating. "Proletarians of all lands unite!"

The introduction was rather dense with references I did not understand. Chapter 3 picked up a chronology that has me feel more comfortable.

I'm up to 1905 and the failed revolution.

I was reading about Nelson Mandela's release from prison on the 20th anniversary of that date.

The first chapter was about Eskimo Aleuts. Interesting.
