i’m not feeling this book :/ but i’m too close to being done to stop

I relate heavily to the feeling that friends doing anything without you (not even on purpose) it causes this crisis in my brain that doesn’t need to be there, but it happens without me wanting it to (mainly in highschool). also the way she describes tasks being done or not done is very relatable. I love how she backs a lot of this by research from papers or other books.

This book makes me feel so not alone for my symptoms of ADHD and my childhood masking these symptoms. I don’t have all the same symptoms or intensity as the author, but I relate to her on so many different ways. This book has already made me tear up- hearing someone validate what you’ve felt your whole life is so nice.
