I’m more using it for translation practice than for reading .

A slow read, as I’m translating it while I read in order to practice my German.

A little dull, to be honest, but:

* it may be only that I’m not in the mood for nonfiction at present

* I also just got a lot of genealogy info from my Norwegian family - so many things said in the book are echoed in letters given in the genealogical info!

Excellent so far! I read Seth's daily blog, so I knew what to expect. What I've learned from his blog, and use of an SBAR format, has completed changed how I write! The book fills in many gaps, on top of that.

A thick read. I found myself skimming whole sections of. Interesting premise and evaluations. Often found myself wondering how much of the argument was based on logical fallacy - false cause and composition/division, primarily - however. It was like he was trying to find evidence to support a claim, as opposed to testing a previously-established hypothesis & then collecting data of all types, supportive or not.

Weak. Too short. Too "jumpy." Too many "lucky" plot devices. In short, pulp. Glad I read it, but wouldn't again.

solid. was, perhaps, looking forward to some about his presidency, though.
