I'm two chapters in and what can I say... the writing is not super good. It's really lacking on that account. Reads a bit like a day book: "I went there, I did that, I met them, we ate, ans the I...".
But yeah, we'll see. Gonna continue a bit more, since it has such good ratings. Hopefully it's gonna get butter after those intro chapters 😅

The writing is pretty okay, I would say. Very mediocre, but I've read way worse books published in the recent yers, so...😄. Overall the story is intriguing, it kept me interested so far. However, I have a guess as to where it's going, so we'll see. Hope it has something good to offer in terms of plot twists 🤞🏻🤞🏻.

Need to know what's all the hype about this one...🤔. Have read some very conflicting reviews, so I'm prepared for anything 🤷🏼‍♀️😄

Terrible writing, immature characters, and the plot just adds to this feeling of immaturity. I was really intrigued by the idea of characters who are quite older than we're used to in mainstream fantasy now. But don't be fooled—it's way more childish than some middle-grade books I've read.
