Rebecca x A Court of Thorns and Roses but more sinister

•Pandora is a 'not like the other girls' manic pixie dream girl.
•Gabriel is obsessed with her but not in a hot way; insists he is trying to "rescue" her
(even though she doesn't need rescuing) and really he just wants to possess her.
•Honestly, this whole premise is very contrived and so far the book is quite dull.

Reminds me a bit of Rebecca in tone and theme.
