I need to have at least one "vacation read" in. I feel like I'm chewing on a bar of soap.

The author explains everything, everyone is being Very Responsible Healing Person, Draco is another project for Hermione to manage, and it's bland as heck. Smut is full of sinews, things that throb, and other cliché.

I have to admit, The Fallout has killed a lot of fanfiction for me. The bar is too high now.

So far, it's incredibly forced.

"Pokhoda, cyka" really bothers me.

Marcia's being upset about the silly shoes being not for her is both sad and funny. I'm glad she got the best jade buttons, though.

I don't know why, but Snorri's plot is boring and yawn-inducing.

I cannot pinpoint why exactly, but about 80% in the writing changed quite dramatically. It's not nearly as good as the rest of the book.
