This was my first Jodi Picoult I've read. I've heard great things and I am a lover of all books that end in tears. I will admit there were times I felt that I had to put the book down in fear I was going to get bored. But I always found myself picking it back up to see what happened next. I loved the story line and the underlying meaning throughout the book. My only true complaint is I did not cry.
