Guess who is back from the dead and finally out of her reading slump ~

I am loving this so far! A little confused because it's been awhile since I read the first, but It's all coming back to me. However, I've remembered how much I hated the overuse of parentheses in the first book. Unfortunately, book two also has a plethora of them. Going to do my best to ignore it for the plot 🫡

Soooo I heard a lot of mixed reviews about this book, but I'm enjoying it so far! Were there a few things that I felt could have been left out? Yeah. Am I still having a great time? Also yeah.

Finally picked this up after putting it off for ages (the cover art might have scared me away lol). But now I’m absolutely hooked.
The writing is beautiful, the story unique, and I fear I am going to have to buy the rest of the series now..

I started this today, and I am already almost finished. This is such a fun read, I love the humor, I love the banter, and I love the characters. I am having a wonderful time ~

When I tell you I am INVESTED. I had to pry myself away! The beginning was a little slow, but then it sucks you in before you've even realized it. I must finish this one tomorrow!

I also love Francis, and I hope he stays as a good character because he's the only thing keeping me sane in the mad house 🤣

This was such a good read, I haven't left a story feeling that giddy in a long time. Just what I needed after a long slump!

I'm, unfortunately, going to have to put this book on pause again. House of leaves really put me in a slump, I need to read some quick and light reads before I can continue this again!

I have had people tell me this was the most disturbing book they've ever read..
