I read this when my adult Sunday School was studying Revelation and then the Gospel of John. Beth Moore makes John come alive. Well worth the read even though it is a fictionalized account.

Poor Caesar! Gone but not forgotten

What a fascinating look at this enigmatic ruler. I'm impressed and delighted with the sources and depth of study S. Schiff has used, I've learned more in 98 pgs. of her book than I did in undergrad/grad. studies in classics!

Loving this wild sort of Wuthering Heights look at man/ woman vs. Nature. Not sure who might be Catherine and who might be Heathcliff.
