I loved the intro! The author goes on to describe the main characteristics that made the Ancient Greeks unique, and it’s genuinely helpful in seeing them in a clearer light. I think I’m going to love this book

I can’t help but think that far too many “intellectuals” needed to find an honest problem lol

Never thought about the Ancient Greek myths having biological weapons as such, but now that the author is pointing out I’m like “wait, yeah, that’s right”

The way I ate this book up lmao. This is not a light read by any means but I find the collapse of the Bronze Age as one the most interesting events in human history, as well as the civilizations that existed at the time. This has so much info and citations I was really happy 😭
