Now Justine is reviewing security footage her pal sent her- i’m pretty sure when Leo was stalking Justine it said he was wearing a mask and a cap - so how did she get a description of his face and hair? Then she went on to say he was wearing a cap!

What do people in this books reality think body guards actually do? I mean I’m quite sure the possibility of being unalived is a valid and reasonable concern.
Why would the press blab Justines name? Does that not violate some sort of privacy - legal doc signed ? Does bens brother and sister not know how the family business works?

Why are the bad guys so polite with each other?

Ok - so far I don’t understand why Congler thinks so little of Justine- because she’s a woman. I understand Conger wanting her unalived, but she is a professional doing her job and she does it well. She works for a known company and when Congler found that out his opinion of her should have shifted. Unless he’s an asshat and doesn’t under his market and what to expect when he robs homes.

I’m only half way through.

The characters are so frustrating. Chloe has heat but no fire. So far i'm not impressed by the way she runs hot and cold.

So far, i'm undecided. I mean within the first 20 pages they were banging. But, where's the tension? I'm hoping for bigger payoff when the sh*t hits the fan.
