So far this devotional book gives me the fresh boost I need each morning at my bedside. I often read it just after waking and it lifts me up with its scripture and story telling as I navigate a fairly new waiting season.

So far, one of the main reasons I love this book is her storytelling—she shares amazing gems through her stories that speak directly to her narrative of power coming out of who we are willing to become. I appreciate how she challenges readers to examine our core values and be honest with ourselves about whether our present values still serve us when held up against where God is leading us in our future.
