I've read all the health tips and science facts now I'm at the steps to follow "the plan" and I'm stalling

This is a kindle clear out read. I'm not sure where I got it from or who recommended it. So far it's got intelligent humor

Sometimes even a good book is just too long

:( I was disappointed. There is so much info dumping and telling you the story within a story. I got the Audiobook and was confused about who was who there were all these names and info on them , ARGUH My brain ! I'm not sure if it's the current super tense climate In the USA right now and I wasn't able to stay focused of it just wasn't the book for me. I need to leave a review maybe after rereading

Pursuit of Jane is messing up my reading schedule ! Even my Ilona Andrews book !!!!! My favorite authors are being ignored. I can't help myself the show is so addicting

I'm finally getting to this. My fav author my fav series. After the devastating events in the last book I needed to recover.

They make noodles the right way ! I haven't seen it done right since Ivan Ramen, which is the ultimate ramen cookbook IMHO. This one is looking almost as good and much more fun and light.
