This has got to be one of the most frustrating books I've read in a long time. If I didn't have to read it for a book club, I would have DNF'd it at chapter 4.

It's really hard to not DNF this but I'm trying. Not only do we get modern slang in a very not modern setting, we get someone who is apparently not that interested in sex being so goddamn interested in sex at times when they should be more interested in their survival or the well-being of their friends.

I hate Nev so much.
