3 recipes in and I’m hooked: mac & “cheese” 👍🏽, carrot/tofu/Thai soup 👍🏽, mushroom/pasta/“cheese”😱. Admittedly, I needed to purchase ingredients new to me (eg, nutritional yeast, miso). I greatly appreciate the timeline/sequence and substitution/enhancement recommendations.
