Alison Bjorklund is 75% done with Shepherding a Child's Heart
I am about 75% through this book and am very close to putting it down. I think if I had read this early on in my parenting I probably would have liked it but know that I am older, have read many parenting books and have a bit more healthy context on the proverbs about the “rod of discipline”… I am not sure I would recommend this book any more. I would recommend Heartfelt Discipline by Clay Clarkson.

I am super impressed with the book so far! Simple but deep important truths, right down to what it means to follow Jesus and how. The Christian church could use a good dose of this book focusing on how to accept, bear with, serve, forgive, carry and love one another well!! I love it!
