great audio book tbh

Super super interesting read! Learning a lot more about people than pests than i would expect haha

the ends of these books always fools me into thinking i didn't hate most of it

I think this book is great but some of this dialogue just falls really flat. The line "'Sup fucker" to Dracula took me out of it

I had to pause briefly just to say most beautiful sex scene ever written (ruined by one of the corniest lines of dialogue) AND THEN FOLLOWED BY AN INSANE TWIST I DID NOT SEE THIS COMING EVEN REMOTELY THIS IS HOW YOU WRITE A VAMPIRE TWIST HOLY SHIT

I want to read more environmental books this year so I'm following the audio book lol

I like the way this is told on three different timelines also Lucy is so descriptive
