Enjoyable read. I’d like more illustrations, but I don’t really know my trees.

Informative, breezy, keeps ones interest. A good break from the day. Much placed within the narrative.

Fairly interesting.

Really slogging through. Twists and turns now forthcoming.

Not a great read by my standards. Confusingly written, one dang thing after another, without much actually happening at all. Flashbacks’ explanations entering more frequently now.

Wow, 40 percent in, and nothing happens except more narrative. Some rather obvious foreshadowing,and Im usually terrible at recognizing such. Will keep at it.

Is just quickly written in a very jocular manner. Much fluf to wade through and also generalizations. One statement claims bodybuilders awake multiple times per night to eat whole chickens.

Two stars at best.

Interesting, but much is rehashed Internet findings.

Light and lively, generally not what you see in sci-fi, but the book is entirely based on a seeming dare: Write a novel about the moon actually made out of cheese. Fun stuff.

Pretty good read thus far. I liked the starting point of Wapakoneta's Armstrong museum, a western Ohio favorite visiting spot.

It’s getting better as I go. Introducing characters who might appear in her series novels.

YA-like, but with some gruesome details.

The leftists vs. the liberals. Often seems like a race to the bottom. New generations, more in-the-streets tactics, same result: finger-pointing and unwilling contrition.

Better-written than some of her books

What, progressives hate the nonsense of progressivism? Hope there’s some text about how Bari Weiss received death threats from her more-left colleagues at the New York Times. Troops ginned up, the do-goodniks agitated. One-upmanship ensues.

Quite an interesting take on the rise of leftist radicalism in 2020 through 2023. Author is Mrs. Bari Weiss, so she and spouse know plenty about not offending the far left nor backing down from getting the facts.

I know some folks who would benefit from reading this often humorous tome.

Just starting Feb. 1

It’s getting into Harlan Coben territory in its narration. Quite a 3-star-rated title. You can see some things gelling from the hints laid with greater frequency.

Zipping through this one, it’s somewhat like Riley Sager’s Survive The Night. Not sure of the Gone Girl comparisons, as that’s the better book.

Starting book this day.

So-so book. The author harps on one area too long in chapter after chapter. He finds an article that he likes and then dissects it to showcase the good stuff that he agrees with. Am starting to skim pages.
