What the hell did Saint’s companion do to deserve this internal prison?
Where did he come from?
Why is he speaking now after all this time?
And what the hell did Saint do to him for him to stay in the state of mind he’s been in?? The next chapter needs to answer all these questions. At this point, Saint is looking more like oppressor than savior 🥴

So far, I’m intrigued. I’m listening to this one as an audiobook, the narrator is doing an excellent job.

So far, this is cute. I love how strong the ladies friend group is.

The story is still unfolding, but definitely interesting.
