Bro what is this book 😂😂 I at no point expected this.

I’m struggling to get through this

Everyone knows the annual pre-Halloween reading has begun. It wouldn’t be October without October 30th, devils night

You all know it’s the Devils night reread

I’m halfway through and I don’t think anybody can understand how Emily Henry has this way of making my stomach flip and flop because of this longing that happens between her characters. This is so good so far and I just genuinely enjoy her books because I feel like they’re so happy go lucky but so humanistic and relatable.

This read is my least favorite thing I’ve done in my life… anyone who knows me knows that I’ve been avoiding reading this book and that I’ve DNF it so many times because it is so long so drawn out, and I just cannot wrap my head around any of the main characters and even as we approach the truth of what unravels in this book, I just feel no attachment to it.

I have heard glorious things about this book so I’m about to sit down and knock this book out and I’m gonna hope it’s everything I want it to be

I don’t know why I started this entire series and did not realize it was so long, but here’s to the end of the year journey to get the series done.

Trust and believe this book did not need this extra guy in it. I’m sorry but like who are you? None of us care about you. I don’t usually hate rich people, especially when they’re just in their own world and lane, but why you try slumming it and take us riff rafters out with you?
