I’ve been reading a lot of things lately, this book being one of them, that have been seriously emotionally exhausting. And like I thought if I just kept these hanging for a while before I review that I’ll actually manage to have something written up, but I can’t. So I guess reviews are gonna have to be on hiatus until I’m less overwhelmed about them. I’ll still be marking stuff as read, just no ratings.

Am i pausing a book at the « shit’s about to go down » moment again? Yes, yes I am. So sue me, I like the happy moments not the instability of the 3rd act *cries in 40 unfinished books*

I’m going through books super quickly rn and I’m really enjoying them but I’m also not in the mood to give a thorough discussion of them so they’re all stuck in currently reading because i wanna do their reviews justice but can’t make myself do it rn.. the dilemma

I'm trying to get through all the books / series I'm in the middle of before I start anything new but ngl the amount of repetitive mafia style romance I've been reading lately is making me wanna hurl my kindle across the room.. think I should switch to something else before I go insane

This is surprisingly wholesome! I paused it for a while because it felt a little dramatic but it’s definitely taken a turn for the better

I feel like I’m still barely moving along with this but I’ve got so many books in my currently reading I wanna finish some of them before I start anything new
