Too detailed about the way their magic system works. She’s also a bit egotistical and spurned/scorned woman.

Too teenagery angst. The audio book voice is so dramatic and it makes it sound more immature than necessary. Everything is drama. Also what’s up with a girl who can’t be able to stand up for herself and falls for an asshole just bc ages attracted to him. Talk about lack of self worth!

Such teen girl drama! *sigh

Too much child porn/sex. Is Margaret a guy? Seems like sexual content and thoughts are on every other page….i don’t think i can stomach this.

Clearly his mother sucks as a mother. How can you just ditch your child?

Is this book just one big fat depressing story?
