Subtitled Narrative of a mad woman. This changed my view of the book. I would not have been as interested to read the book had I read that first.

After reading so many bad reviews I was not sure how this would turn out. I’m enjoying it! Who done it? I think I know, but waiting on the why.

I’ve read several comments about this book being fat phobic. Is a writer not allowed to let the character be themselves? I didn’t get the sense that fat=bad. It was more real life of referring to a heavy woman as fat. Being heavy didn’t make her bad, screwing her husband and getting pregnant did.

I’m so mad at myself. This plot is so far fetched. I read these rave reviews and now I’m questioning my entire life.

Usually it’s not necessary to mention over and over that you’re the only white person in a black neighborhood. “Now I am being a bitch but I don’t care”. Yes she was.

BRB, going for coffee with a Dutch guy from the Goodwill because all Dutch people LOVE coffee!

I’m kinda bored with my job. Maybe I’ll pack a bag and start looking for missing people. Instead of AA meetings I’ll scour Goodwill for bargains. Maybe I’ll get a job at Goodwill and they will let me sleep in the back room. I wake up with scratch marks from a rat I befriend.
