I thought I hated Nicholas but the real problem is Naomi. She’s just too immature to own up to how she has contributed to the problems in their relationship. Idk man, I’m really not jiving with this couple.

There are too many damn characters in this book, why are we introducing a new nemesis for Samson at the halfway mark and giving him a backstory.

I think the problem is that I hate the mmc, Travis. I like it when the mmc doesn’t believe he’s worthy of love due to his rough childhood but becomes kind and caring instead of an unfeeling asshole. Sorry Travis just isn’t doing it for me. I relate to Georgie though, so I’ll continue.

Half-way through and they STILL hate each other’s guts, I need the tide to turn asap.

And the fake dating has commenced. It’s interesting that they hooked up though, they don’t normally blur the lines BEFORE the fake dating.

There are so many characters in this book that I had to make a diagram. So far, I’m loving the female characters in this book.

So far I’m more interested in the relationship between Georgie, Rosie, and Bethany than the one with Travis. It’s not terrible though, I just hate the trope when he takes forever to notice her and she’s pining after him. I hope this is She Falls First, He Falls Harder trope. I’ll keep reading obviously, fingers crossed!

This is gonna be fun! I love that it’s dual pov, those are superior romance books.

I rank Emily Henry books but how much the main character is like me and Daphne is currently #1. I’m interested to see how Daphne and Miles’ relationship develops cause the MMC is normally pining after the FMC in Em Hen novels but I don’t see that happening here.
