taking a break from romance books. i feel too optimistic towards love right now and im scared of the implications of this.

i have been reading this book for longer than i have wanted to, which is weird because the book is actually good. anyway i’m determined to finish it this week. also this book has surprised me a lot, not only because of how good it is but because there are some things that have happened that have genuinely shocked me!!

i can’t do this book justice in the way they describe stories. you will be so enamoured as if you were there and then when you finish the story, you will be like oh i forgot i was even reading a book

Yes this is going to be third book I have read this week. This is because I have freed myself from the need of finding the perfect book for the perfect time and have realised that I should just pick a book from my library that has been there for years and if start it and don’t like it, I can dnf. It’s not that deep. We will see how long this lasts…

This book seriously feels like it’s calling me out! I usually can’t stand reading books that hit too close to home, but that’s just me. The writing is amazing though—It’s not personal Sara!

why would you do that in the first two chapters kia? why am i going to sleep angry and sad kia? why am i scared to read the rest of the book kia?
