only about a quarter of the way through &, even as a feminist, i am so so tired & bored of this heavy handed message already

of course i loved the gay aunt but she’s already gone so… need smth else to happen soon besides “oh no, my period”

listening with friends during our roadtrip :)

sad that i still haven’t finished a book for january & sadder still that the most time i’ve had to read is now, sick in bed—i’m almost thankful for catching cold

finally a time skip omg

had to put the book down because i want to cry scream throw up

i have been reading a chapter to my wife before bed at night & we have been laughing our asses off, highly recommend

finals almost over so i can finally read some fiction :’) i wonder how capable i am of catching up with my goal for the year…

bought this as a Christmas present to someone but decided to read it before exchanging lol

for my Myth, Ritual, & Mysticism mini-term course
so far it’s been interesting & accessible but poorly formatted which makes it harder to engage with

10 books behind schedule for my reading goal this year 💔 & now all i have time for is academic reading 🥲

i’m 6 books behind my reading schedule & facing the worst slump i’ve had in years :’) the numbers truly mean nothing to me but i am DYING to read & feel so incapable of it rn & hope this passes soon

i know i’m currently reading 12 different books don’t @ me
