My husband and I aren’t as invested into this book as the previous one. However, we are still enjoying what we are learning. We decided our next read is not going to be history. lol we need a little break.

I am so glad I decided to start over with this version. The writing is better. I have noticed some differences in how she describes things and there are parts in this version that weren’t in the others or I may not had noticed. It feels like it has a better flow of writing and story, and it feels more like the time she is writing in so my imagination is clearer. The notes in the back are helpful also.

What just happened? This book keeps you on the edge of your seat. I am almost done with book 1 and can’t wait to pick up book 2 as it sits waiting for me on my nightstand. 😆
