This is such a good book. Slow at this point but so good.

Help, Christian friends! I need to shake up my reading. I’d like to take a break from romance, historical fiction, heavy biblical themes, real life plots for my next read. I am in need of a fast past, action, emotional roller coast, possibly fantasy or sci-fi not sure, maybe? No spice or super explicit language please. Any suggestions? Thank you!😊

Listening to this one while I crotchet. I actually recognize some of the feelings he is expressing as far as feeling out of place within his family.

I’m not entirely sure where this book is headed yet. I’m not even sure where his theological beliefs are. My husband is listening to this one with me and is uncertain as well.

As much as I liked the first book and I do like this one as well. It just feels so slow. I am struggling to get through it. I have been listening to a lot of audiobooks lately because life has been so busy. This is my evening read so it is taking me some time. I want to know what is going to happen but it feels drawn out and there are parts to the first book that I am wondering if we are going to circle back to?

I am very much enjoying this book. I can already tell you it is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! It has me diving so deep into my Bible it brings joy to my heart! I have gained a better understanding of Jesus’ 2nd appearing and how I as a Christ follower should experience it now. This topic can be so complicated and confusing, but he writes is so beautifully and simply.
