Maybe I should upgrade this baby from "waiting for five minutes in the car read" to an "every night in the house" kind of read. It's actually not that bad ...

Sadly, I think I'm disappointed with this. If you want to sell me your "what if" story, you could at least address her with a name.
"But she doesn't have one!"
Yes, she does. In official marketing comic strips, at the time of the release of the movie, she was written as 'Grimhilde'. It seems I know more than an official Disney author.

... Please don't call the Beast 'Beast' in his story. Please?

Do I continue for the Rose McGowan "sound-a-like" or stop for the atrocious use of language and overabundant clichés. It's not good if an audio book actor is the basic selling point.

With clear inspiration from Hitchcock, this story is taking me on a violent roller coaster of emotions, and I can more than guarantee I'll probably have nightmares. Kevin wants this to be Crystal restricted ... :|
He's probably right.

This is a tough one. It's definitely good and the attention to details in both journalism and medical science is astounding but ... I guess I can't take their attitudes seriously. They didn't know the world originally but even 20+ years into this dystopian world, it's undeniable that people are scared. They're "eh". It would also have been better if they weren't called "Bloggers". I just can't take that seriously ...

It's surprising that a book so powerful has such a little read count. A book considered to have started the civil war should be required reading, especially in America. At least they would understand, exactly what they were fighting for.

Crystal Dawn is starting A Wizard of Earthsea (Earthsea Cycle, #1)
Started this (audio) book Monday the 19th of December and safe to say I think I almost finished it. I had to stop after about four hours though as the narrator was both fascinating me and annoying me. Great tension building, whiny, whiny voice.

Still an amazing book! It's just written in this way that makes it unique but also easy to read and enjoyable.

This is a very well written story, and I'm enjoying it a lot! I can see why David Nicholls is so widely praised. It's actually very refreshing too to see a romance story, written to this depth, by a man. Although women know the field through understanding (and wishing), they can never properly nail a real man's emotions. I highly recommend this book and I'll be reading more by Nicholls soon.

It's a good story, but I just can't help but notice how outdated her actions are. In a world where everything is digitally listed, it just wouldn't be that easy anymore to disappear and begin a new life. All jobs and education applications need electronic banking accounts for money transactions, which to get one you need proof of I.D, which they look up themselves. I would like to see a modern story like this one.

This is so much better! There's action and adventure at every turn. It's good to note now though that Eowyn is just a silent ho-bag now, and it's actually all Arogorn's fault.

Apparently it's a definite rule that opposites attract, and only opposites. It's impossible to marry someone, with whom you have everything in common.

This is both perfectly paced, and a little slow. I know there won't be any real 'action' until the movie, but it is interesting to learn things about the Orcs that I never would have known otherwise.

Crystal Dawn is on page 63 of 224 of I Will Carry You: The Sacred Dance of Grief and Joy
I had no prior knowledge about the book or the author and her husband before I picked it up, I just picked it up on face value alone. It's not a bad book, the moments where she writes as a mother are nice, however it's coming across as very preachy. We'll see how it progresses, although I do need to note, I did not appreciate the Walt Disney slamming during the chapter 'The Castle'.

Crystal Dawn is on page 248 of 313 of How to Abduct a Highland Lord (MacLean Curse, #1)
There isn't any substance to the book so far, that ignites the thoughts of mind-blowing fiction, but it's not terrible. It has it's moments where I feel invested, and then there are also the moments I want to slap this heroine upside the head. It has gone in a different way then what I thought it would, but not necessarily for the better. I am curious how this could be a whole series though...

"Did she melt?" In reference the Fiona's rival having water poured on her. Dammit, it wasn't too bad before pop culture references were bought into it -.-
