I think the author has good ideas but poor execution when writing characters.

In the beginning of the book he claims to have never seen a female human, however in the previous book his cousin’s mate comes to stay with him, who is a female human.

I love LH but this series has just not pulled me in the way her books typically do. I really hope it’s just a fluke and she’s not changing her writing style.

Apparently I need to go read this series, it’s not listed as part of a series so I didn’t know until I started it.

Interesting dynamic.

Better now that I’m into it a bit.

The first bit was interesting but it almost immediately got boring.

I feel no connection to either character nor do a feela connection between them. So disappointing.

I,m so annoyed that this book hasn’t kept me in it’s grips like many of Heath’s do.

I’m still not really a fan of either of them. Cole needs some therapy for sure too.

Of loving the indentured servant vibe.

I’m not really liking either MC yet. Storee (awful name) is kind of selfish and immature.
