What does it mean to have a midlife crisis? The term has become taboo and bastardized in pop culture but it’s a real hard truth that many if not all people face at some point in their lives. Why has the feeling of being lost - of being thrust along by a foreign current - become the butt of so many jokes when the consequences can upend and destroy what we spend our entire lives working towards?

DNF. I could not bring myself to finish this, it made me remember why romance is not my genre
