This duology has a chokehold on me 💀

Took a day off work to read this book and only managed to get half way - teenage me would be so disappointed in myself 😂😭 Loving it tho lol 😂

Osrik, my sweet baby 🥺 As slowly as I’m reading this book I truly can’t fault it.

This book is definitely not as good as the first, it’s kind of a trudge to get through 😭 I’ll keep keeping on though!

Whilst I’m enjoying this, it feels like it’s taking me ages to read 😭😂

Not a fan of the writing style (something I remember thinking about the bargainer series) however I am OBSESSED with this story 😂 Oh to be ravished by a sexy murderous god 😂🙏🏻

If I had a pound for every book I’ve read where a man uses a gun to *ehem* get a woman off, I’d have two pounds - clearly this is becoming a reoccurring theme in the literature I partake in 😂

My enjoyment of this book is definitely going to come out in therapy, if you’re my therapist and you’re reading this - please don’t ask 😭😂

I severely underestimated how much *breeding kink* there would be in this book, am I going to DNF it though - absolutely not 😂

I think this will be the book to get me out the reading lump I’ve been in for a couple of month, and honestly I’m not surprised!
