This military-horror mash-up is surprisingly excellent so far!, top-notch genre writing! Who woulda thunk an old werewolf story could feel this fresh, relevant, unpredictable and exciting? I LOVE it! Reads like the dark, fictionalized study of the American (and not just American, I'm afraid) psyche under neoliberalism--and we now know that horror is indeed the appropriate genre for that type of study...
